They will not give you a refundbecause you wanted a change of adress on your drivers licence,they charged me 51 bucks...not happy,calling better buisness beuro
it was suposse to be a change of address on my drivers licence,and i don,t know what they gave me but i do know it is not what i wanted and i wanted a refund and he would not give it to me i called at 6:50 pm on sunday oct 10th,i want my refund back

I went on to change my address and was charged $79.95 for the change. I was not going through with it and I called them back to get my refund and they keep giving me the run around for it.

Scam, obviously
I got scammed the usual $80. When I called their customer service number for a refund, I opted to keep the $2 change of address option only. Ive since discovered that all of my mail has been getting lost because its all been forwarded with no forwarding address!! This included my mail-in voter ballot which was nearly impossible to receive again. Not just a normal money scam, will also impact your daily life
