Didn't get my money back and keep calling about it
I went on to change my address and was charged $79.95 for the change. I was not going through with it and I called them back to get my refund and they keep giving me the run around for it.

Pissed Customer
I was trying to change my address online through the government U.S. Postal Service site, which only charged $1.70 to do a change of address online.
Somehow when I was submitting a payment, I was on the ChangeMyAddress.Org site, which charged my debit card $79.95 to do a change of address. It did not show me a receipt of how much was being charged, but the fraud department from my bank sent me a text and asked me if I authorized a charge of 79.95 for a change of address.
I responded that I did not authorize it. I thought I was paying only $1.70 and I had not idea how I was removed from the government US postal site because that was the page I had gone to.

Ive since discovered that all of my mail has been getting lost because its all been forwarded with no forwarding address!!
This included my mail-in voter ballot which was nearly impossible to receive again. Not just a normal money scam, will also impact your daily life

This is fraud

why is my order taking 7 to 10 days! For my orders its paid for so it should be sent and not be that long!!!!!!! Why isn't there a live person to talk to and have to go through a lot of crap and doesnt registering in what you saying is flustering.

I was wrong I entered my card information and figured there would be another step but it was automatically processed without saying how much I was charged. I called to see the amount I was charged hoping it was just 1$ like all the other sites. Nope, charged me 79.95$ without even letting me know the price. Again I thought the next step would be confirming my charge.I call to ask for a refund and they said the best they could do is give me a 50% discount.
I think I might call my bank and try that way. They don't deserve anybody's money running a business like that.

Pricing/refund problems
I went to go and change my address online and I thought that they were affiliated with the USPS and they obviously are not!! They do not tell you how much you are being charged when you think it is only going to be $1 like on the actual USPS website and when I get done processing my request I get a bank alert saying I was charged $79.95 and I start panicking and I call their 1-800 number and get an automated service and they tell me they are processing my refund but I did not get an email conformation or anything so I call and talk to someone and they try to talk me into a partial refund and I am really frustrated and mad at myself for falling for something like this because I am usually really good about being careful!!
